The mission of Drake Development, along with their development team, is to build quality residences in resort and residential communities, at reasonable prices for its family of existing and new customers. We have been doing this for over 50 years and counting.

1989 - 1994

  • Consultant in the planning and early development for the owners of Prestwick in Surfside Beach, SC

  • Development and Marketing Consultant to Windermere, at Long Creek Plantation in Columbia, SC

  • Drake Development and Realty President, the development & sales company of Governors Grant, Lexington, SC
